Charrtober 2020: XXIV - DOMINION

Description

I wonder if Dominion Commendations are given out by the Dominion (and then taken by us as loot), or by the United Legions for defeating Dominion forces.

In any case, they’re probably meant to be smaller (and pinned to a uniform maybe?) but I thought I’d turn this one into a medal instead.
